I have worked with Sam 3 or 4 times now and not only does he make the process extremely easy, but he works hard to get you the best financing possible. The process is very painless, I just contact Sam when I am looking to refinance and he gets me an initial quote. After that I might get a couple of emails to sign-off electronically and the next thing you know you have someone scheduled to come to your house for the final signing and you're done. Sam has save us hundreds of dollars and allowed us to drop our Mortgage Insurance over the past few years. Highly recommended!
