HPI was a great company to work with it was easy to refinance and easy to get preapproved after I tried with Wells Fargo which I've been with them for many years they turned me down on a smaller amount but when I went to HPI I Got approved for a higher loan so after six months I refinance again and it was easy compared to banks and they give me a better interest-rate I definitely will go with them again and again.
