I can only add more positive remarks about this guy. When refinancing my home I initiated the process through my current credit union and a few other companies only to be discouraged with high rates poor communication and bad grades at the BBB. It was a relief when Sam came along. He was very informative and concise and always ready to answer any questions right away.
