Completing an application up front will get you started on the path to homeownership. You will know how much lending power you have for your new home.
FIND A HOME
Hire a real estate agent you feel comfortable with and trust. Stay within your budget and what you can afford. When you find your new home put in a strong offer.
LOAN APPROVAL
As your Lender, we may ask you to provide more recent documents so that we can get you through the loan approval process. Be prepared and responsive.
CLOSE - GET KEYS
After the inspections, appraisals, underwriting and escrow is closed, the deed is recorded and you get the keys to your new home. Congratulations, you now have your new home.

How soon should you start the process?

It doesn't cost anything, but what knowledge you can gain may save you a lot of money when you are ready to start your house hunting.
